Terms

The short version

Pilots begin with a non-binding letter of intent and run for six weeks; either side can stop at any time. The Starter Pilot Package is $50 per month for one facility with up to 5 registered devices.

The published tiers — Starter $30, Standard $50, Growth $75 and Hospital $150 per facility per month — cover standard single-facility deployments. If you continue after the pilot, you select the tier that matches your deployment. Non-standard, larger or multi-site deployments are quoted in writing, and no figure for them is published here. Local billing in Naira is available for Nigerian facilities at the prevailing exchange rate.

Data ownership and exit

All patient records entered into Lumevia belong to the hospital. On termination, Lumevia provides a complete export of the hospital's data in an agreed format. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee.

Service expectations

Lumevia's core clinical workflows are designed to operate without an internet connection on powered, registered devices; availability of the sync service does not affect a facility's ability to register patients, record visits, or bill. Lumevia does not provide hardware, power, or connectivity.

Synchronization today is a manual-sync foundation with local checkpoint safety. Features described as coming soon are not guaranteed within the pilot period.
